Congratulations to Angela O'Donoghue (25) who won first prize for the Ladies Singles 18 hole competition in Glen of the Downs Golf Club last Thursday (March 8th.), scoring 37 points .

This first outing of the year for Dublin City Lady Golfers attracted eight golfers who braved the wild winds and cold of the Wicklow mountains.  Well done to Lady Capt Peggy Mooney, Ev O'Sullivan, Elaine Hartigan, Mary O'Hanlon, Deirdre Kelly, Margaret O'Loughlin and Caroline Kelly for their participation.

It is hoped to organise many more outings during the year for those interested.   As the 2007 ILGU Open Fixtures list has justbeen published, the plan is to book lines for many of these Opens during the year.  A list will go up on the notice board for those interested in playing regularly at these opens or you can contact the Lady Captain.
