Congratulations to Kathleen Dunleavy who had her first hole in one on the 17th on Tuesday 26th June. Kathleen is the first lady in Dublin City Golf Club to achieve this honour and is justifiably delighted with this achievement...

Kathleen describes the occasion as follows: " I stood up on the 17th with my 8 iron in hand and hit it perfectly - mind you it was the first perfect shot I'd hit all day!. It bounced once on the lip and went straight in the hole".

Kathleen has stated that she is available to give lessons, media interviews, celebrity appearances or general autograph signing on Saturday afternoons in the Club house. Muriel, her playing partner, who witnessed this momentuous occasion, has also stated that she is available to "recount the story" to those who wish to be walked through it step by step...
