1. ENTRY TO A MAJOR will be guaranteed only if a member enters in the correct manner by the specified date and time.

 

2. Late entries will only be accepted at the discretion of the Competitions Committee provided :

 

3. Members seeking entry to a major after 3pm of the day prior to the competition will not be accepted irrespective of whether there is a space on the Major timesheet or not.

 

If a space is available on the timesheet, a member who has not entered the competition in accordance with 1 & 2 above may play (with the permission of the committee) in a vacant space, BUT, will not be part of the competition.
