Use of Computer
The computer will be in use for all mens' competitions in future. The use of the Competitions Book will be confined to providing the conditions of the specific competition and, as a back up during times of computer failure. The details are as follows....
When the computer is in use for a competition, members will “sign in to the competition “ electronically by using their swipe card or member index before they commence play. This will replace the handwritten Competitions Book.

Failure to enter a competition electronically before play will result in disqualification from the competition.

The Competitions Book will only be used in future as back up where the computer is not in use, as decided by the committee, or through computer breakdown /failure. In such event sign the book.

The Competitions Book will continue to used for outlining the conditions of the specific competitions and players should refer to this for all competition formats.

Players must also return all score cards whether the course is completed or not. Scores must also be entered into the computer.
