Sensational News !! Dublin City Golf Club will be participating in the 2008 Ryder Cup and all our members are invited !!! However, places will be limited.
On Sunday, 21st September (note this date in your diary), some lucky members and invited guests will participate in our very own Ryder Cup Competition. This will be the final day of the Ryder Cup and our own special European & USA teams will do battle against each other to decide the destiny of the Trophy.
Our Team player’s scores will be combined with individual professional scores on that day at Valhalla including those of Padraig Harrington, Phil Mickelson etc.,
Our competition will have a Shotgun start so places will be limited and in big demand. Afterwards, the teams will wine & dine in the clubhouse and watch the final Ryder Cup shootout live on tv from Valhalla USA.
Further details will be announced shortly. This special event will be open to all members and their guests and will be on a first come first served basis. So watch this space…
