Our Ryder Cup Competition
Note : THIS IS OPEN TO LADIES AND MEN. On Sunday 21st September, the final day of the Ryder Cup, we will be running our own style Ryder Cup Competition. This will be a team event and members may invite a guest. Each team will be linked to a Ryder Cup player from either the USA or European teams and scores will be combined.
The competition will be open to all members (and their guests) but entry will be limited as the competition will be run with a shot gun start. Some of the details are as follows.
Shotgun start 3pm

4 Person teams will be entered as part of our Special Ryder Cup team. There will be 4 Special teams each of which will have five 4 person teams (i.e 20 players per special team). The Special teams are The Odd Couples (USA), The Jazz Azingers (USA), The O’Lazzaballs (Eur) and the Seve Belly-steer-us (Eur). Each 4 person team will be linked to an actual player at Valhalla and scores will be combined.

Cost of Entry is €20 (full member) and €35 for guests or 5 day member.
Entry includes. Green fees, competition fees and Buffet Meal after your game.

After the game, players will be able to watch the final hours of the Ryder Cup in the clubhouse.

Entry Sheets will be posted on the Notice Board this week and entrants will be asked to pay in advance in order to guarantee your place.
